Krohne Altometer - Flow meter

 

WeLL Design executed research and product development for components of the flow meter which is used in filling lines for the beverage industry

 

Critical demands are seals thet match hygiene standards, vibration Proof design, high temperature resistance, resistance against aggressive cleaning agents all in relation to lifetime

 

 

 

 

In addition to these demands ease of assembly of the PCB’s and the wiring method played a major role in the design. The guiding of the wiring must not influence the measuring accuracy of the flow meter.

 

Based on these demands WeLL Design engineered the plastic housing for mounting the PCB as well as the seal between the flow meter and the flanges.
