ETAP: Medilux hospital lighting
Hospitals need a variety of lighting: general purpose, clinical and nocturnal. The Medilux light fitting combines all of these functions, providing both direct and indirect illumination. As well as being available as a separate wall-mounted unit, the system can be incorporated into medical equipment. One unique feature is its adjustability: during examinations, the indirect light can be directed towards the bed to increase its intensity. The compartment below the lamp proper can be equipped with a variety of electrical fittings to the client’s own specifications – power sockets, for example, or a loudspeaker.
