IXL Netherlands developed the Nutri-PulseĀ® e-Cooker. With the aid of short electrical pulses (Pulsed Electric Field technology), food can be prepared in an exceedingly short time and at low temperature, with minimal effect on proteins, vitamins, antioxidants, sugars and other healthy substances. This ideal way of preparing food entails other benefits too.
