Joost de Bruijne - Healthy People CEO, Erwin Dito - Innovation Manager AB InBev, Andre Groeneveld, Innovation Director of Friesland Campina Domo and Mathijs van Dijk - Director of WeLL Design each presented a workshop on the topic: The influence of the Health Trend on the Innovation Process in Food @ Drink Industry. Professors of Management Technology and Innovation Prof. Dr. Jan van der Ende and Prof. Dr. Jan Dul and assistant professors Dr. Serge Rijsdijk and Dr. Costas Loukas accompanied the workshops with the students.
