Royal Flora Holland – flower container

Since 1980 the reinvention of the bucket for Royal Flora Holland

1
Winning idea

The container of the Aalsmeer Flower Auction (Royal FloraHolland) was the winning idea of a pitch initiated by FloraHolland. In 1980, this idea was the basic principle of the container that since has been manufactured in its millions.

2
Unbeatable design

An intensive developing process, involving not only the auction but also growers, resulted in an environmentally friendly and economical returnable container. The crate-like container comes in three sizes. The standard container has been introduced in countless auctions worldwide.

The unbeatable design is easy to stack and handle, is light, stable and durable, easy to clean, and suitable for both wet and dry goods, and meets all demands set by growers, auction and trade. For over 30 years now, the container is the world standard in the flower industry.
